Ingredients:

  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 5.3 oz. container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • Stevia, as desired for taste

Directions:

  1. Add all pudding ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust Stevia to desired sweetness.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
