Ingredients:

  • Asparagus
  • Zero calorie cooking spray
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Sprinkle of salt

Directions:

  1. Cut asparagus at natural breaking point
  2. Spread on a baking sheet
  3. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasonings
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes
