Ingredients:
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- ½ cup chopped fresh watermelon
- ½ cup strawberries, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbles
- Red wine vinegar, to taste
- ¼ cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except for the basil in a serving bowl.
