Ingredients:

  • 1 cup watermelon
  • ½ cup ice
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 1 ¼ tsp. Truvia natural sweetener
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 2 lime wedges for garnish

Directions:

  1. Blend the watermelon.
  2. Add the ice, coconut water, truvia and lime juice and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two martini glasses and garnish with lime wedge.
