Healthy Pineapple Mango Smoothie

The great thing about the healthy pineapple mango smoothie recipe in this week’s installment of Nutrisystem’s video series The Dish with Deanna is that, although its taste will remind you of the warmth of the tropics, it can actually be made year round with frozen fruit. Recipe: Pineapple Mango Smoothie

Makes 1 serving. Counts as 1 SC + 1 PF

• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
• 1 pkg Nutrisystem Vanilla Nutrisystem Shake
• 1/2 cup frozen mango

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

All you need to make it is one packet of your Nutrisystem Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake, a half cup each of frozen mango and frozen pineapple chunks, and three quarters of a cup of water. Put all the ingredients in the blender and then blend until smooth. [0:00:30]
