Hi. I’m Deanna Otranto with Nutrisystem. Today, I’m going to show you how to prepare some peanut butter and banana popsicles that are a really delicious, refreshing treat, perfect for summer, without any of the guilt. All you’ll need to prepare this really simple recipe is three quarter cups of cold water [0:00:20], one tablespoon of honey, two medium bananas, and a quarter cup of peanut butter. You’ll also want to have about four popsicle molds on hand, because this recipe makes four [0:00:30] servings.

To make this recipe, you’ll add the water, the peanut butter, and the honey to the blender, and then the two bananas, and then you’re just going to blend these ingredients [0:00:40] until you get a nice, creamy consistency, and the bananas are absorbed in the mixture. [0:00:50] Once you’ve gotten that creamy consistency you’re looking for, just pour them into the molds, and then you’re going to put these in the freezer overnight. [0:01:00] Once you pull your popsicles out of the fridge, this is what they’ll look like, and it’s a really refreshing treat you can enjoy all summer long, so I suggest you prepare them in bulk, so that they’re always accessible [0:01:10] whenever the sweet treat cravings hit.
