Transcript:

These tomatoes and cheese are so delicious and so simple. To start, heat the oven to 450 degrees. While you’re waiting for the oven to heat, you can start preparing the tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes into about three slices each. Place your tomatoes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, you’ll use about a half cup total. Then we’ll chop up some parsley, add your parsley to the tomatoes. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil, and then we’ll put the tomatoes in the oven for about 10 minutes or so, until golden brown. These tomatoes make a great snack on their own or as a great side to any of your Nutrisystem dishes. Today, I’ve paired them with the Nutrisystem chili with beans entrée. To make the chili with beans, remove the white cap, then remove the metal rim inside, and replace the white cap. Then you’ll put it in the microwave for 45-60 seconds. Then let it stand for about a minute to cool off. Share your favorite #VeggieSexy Nutrisystem recipes with us on Facebook or Twitter. For Nutrisystem, I’m Deanna Otranto.
