Ingredients:
- 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread
- ½ avocado
- 8 thin slices of cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- ½ Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- Drizzle of sriracha
Directions:
- Mix together tahini, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Set aside.
- Toast bread.
- Mash ¼ avocado onto each slice of bread.
