- 1 slice low fat cheddar cheese
- 1 slice low fat cheddar cheese ¼ teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon low fat mayonnaise
- 2 thin tomato slices
- Handful of spinach
Directions:

- Combine horseradish and mayonnaise together.
- On one slice of bread, spread horseradish mixture. Top with cheese, roast beef, tomatoes and spinach, top with other slice of bread.
- Place assembled sandwich in a preheated panini press. Press lid down and allow to cook for a few minutes until crispy.

- Grease a heated skillet with nonstick spray and place assembled sandwich in the center. Lay another pan, plate or lid on top of the sandwich.
