What if I can’t see my current order(s) under Order History?
If you have just placed your order today, please be patient while it works through the system. It can take time to show in your Order History.
If your order was not submitted today and is still not showing, you may be in the wrong account and will need to connect to with an agent via chat or by calling 1-800-585-5483.
Cancelled orders will not show in your Order History after successful cancellation. Pending funds for any cancelled order will be released from your payment method within 3-5 business days, but can take up to 2 billing cycles depending on the financial institution.
