Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 10 dates, pitted
  • ½ cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, grind the cashews and oats, until finely ground.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, until a dough starts to form.
  3. Roll into balls.
  4. Store in an air tight container. Keep energy balls in the refrigerator.
