  • 1 lb. lamb rack, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil with thyme, rosemary, garlic and pepper. Pour onto a large plate or baking dish.
  2. Trim fat off of the lamb rack. Pat lamb rack dry and press into the herb oil mixture. Flip over and press again. Let it sit for at least an hour.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
