To whip up this yummy Artichoke and Spinach Chicken Pasta recipe, you’ll need to pick up a few ingredients from both your local grocery store and stock up on one of our favorite Nutrisystem dinners, the Artichoke and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast. While you’re at the supermarket, grab whole wheat pasta, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese and black pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the package directions and to your personal taste. After the pasta is ready, put the pot back on the stovetop and set it to medium heat. Toss in the spinach, artichoke and cream cheese. Stir the pot until the cream cheese has melted and is well incorporated. Check to see if the spinach has wilted and once it is, sprinkle with black pepper. Top off the pasta with your Artichoke and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast and your dinner is ready!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta, cooked
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1/2 cup artichokes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 Nutrisystem Artichoke and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain the water and return the hot pasta to the pot.
- Keeping the pot on the stovetop, set the heat to medium. Add the spinach, artichoke and cream cheese to the pasta. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the spinach has wilted. Season with black pepper.
- Top pasta with the Artichoke and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast.
