  • 4 fresh figs, cut into 4 pieces each
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. In a bowl, toss brussels sprouts and olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet and roast until brown—about 30 minutes.
  3. Add figs and broil on high for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Arrange on plate and drizzle balsamic vinegar.
