To make these flourless cookies, get started by mashing three bananas in a large bowl. Mix in two cups of quick oats, a third-cup of canola oil, one teaspoon of vanilla extract and one cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. After letting the cookie dough rest for 15 minutes, drop teaspoon-sized cookie dough balls onto a greased cookie sheet. (The recipe should yield about 36 cookies.) Finally, bake your cookies in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mash up the bananas.
  3. Mix in the oats, canola oil, vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
  4. Let the cookie dough rest for 15 minutes.
