  • 1 cup oats
  • 4 scoops (1/2 cup) Vanilla Nutrisystem Shake
  • ¼ cup sunflower seed butter (or any nut butter)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. rainbow sprinkles


  1. In a food processor, process oats until it turns into a flour mixture
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the sprinkles and process until smooth.
  3. Stir in sprinkles.
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Roll into balls.
  6. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
