Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. imitation crab
  • 1/8 cup avocado, cubed
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup cucumber, chopped

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. lite mayo
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce, low sodium
  • ¼ tsp. rice vinegar

Directions:

  1. In a quart-sized mason jar, add all dressing ingredients and stir.
