Ingredients:

  • 3 broccoli crowns, cut into florets
  • 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 cup of cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 handful of pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup hummus

Directions:

  1. On the bottom of a tray, place cauliflower florets to resemble snow.
  2. Add pretzel sticks for the tree trunk.
  3. Create tree shape with the broccoli. Add cherry tomatoes and bell pepper slices to the tree to resemble ornaments.
  4. Top the tree with bell pepper slices crisscrossed to create a star.
  5. Serve with hummus.
