  • 1 packet sugar-free lime Jell-O
  • 1 packet sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • 4 cups water
  • ¾ cup fat-free cool whip
  • 6 clear cups


  1. In a bowl, dissolve strawberry Jell-O in one cup of boiling water.
  2. Stir in one cup of cold water.
  3. Pour into cups. Put into refrigerator for one hour or until set.
  4. Repeat with the lime Jell-O. Pour on top of set strawberry Jell-O. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Top with 2 Tbsp. of cool whip.
