On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 PowerFuel and 3 Extras

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. white chocolate
  • ½ Tbsp. water
  • ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
  • ¼ cup fat-free cool whip

Directions:

  1. In a small sauce pan, heat white chocolate and water on medium-high. Stir until melted.
  2. Pour in milk ½ cup at a time, stir to incorporate.
  3. Add peppermint extract.
  4. Heat and stir until desired temperature is reached.
  5. Pour hot chocolate into mug.
  6. Top with cool whip.
