Ingredients:

  • 8 6-inch whole wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup tomato sauce, low sodium
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice (vegetables, mini pepperoni, basil, etc.)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Using a cup or a cut edge can, cut one round from each tortilla. Press each round into a greased muffin tin.
  3. Place a Tbsp. of pizza sauce into the center of each tortilla round.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Top each pizza with toppings.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese has melted.
