On Nutrisystem, Count As: 3 Extras
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2-3 drops of stevia
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp. of the mixture into the openings of a silicone ice cube tray.
- Place in the freezer to set for at least 60 minutes. When ready to consume, remove from the silicone tray and eat as is or let it sit on the counter for a few minutes to thaw.
