On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 SmartCarb, 2 Vegetables and 2 Extras

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup chopped green pear
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
