Honey mustard chicken

This Honey Mustard Chicken recipe uses nonfat plain Greek yogurt as a binder for crushed honey mustard pretzels, which are used to add both flavor and crunch to tender, protein-packed chicken.

This Honey Mustard Chicken seriously couldn’t be any easier to make. Simply crush honey mustard pretzels into small crumbs using a good processor (or your fists!). Then, coat your chicken breast with the nonfat plain Greek yogurt.

Next, dip the chicken in the pretzel crumbs, ensuring that the chicken is covered completely. Finally, pop the chicken in the oven for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees, and wait for your unbelievably tasty Honey Mustard Chicken to become oh-so-crispy and perfectly golden brown.

On a Nutrisystem plan? You can count each serving as one SmartCarb, one PowerFuel and one Extra.

Need to add a SmartCarb? Considering adding a side of brown rice or sweet potato fries.

Need another PowerFuel? Have a side salad with a serving of cheese. The possibilities are endless!
