- 3 oz. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- Nutrisystem® Honey Mustard Pretzel Bits
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Using a food processor, chop pretzels into crumbs and pour into a bowl.
- Spread yogurt over all sides of chicken.
- Dip chicken into pretzel crumbs, making sure crumbs cover all sides.
- Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Place chicken on sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then cover the chicken and bake for another 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
