Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 12 oz. shaved beef or thinly sliced lean sirloin steak
  • 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup beef broth, low sodium
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz. reduced fat provolone cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a cast iron skillet, heat oil to medium heat. Add beef and cook until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add onions and peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add beef and mix well.
  6. Top mixture with provolone cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
