- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 12 oz. shaved beef or thinly sliced lean sirloin steak
- 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup beef broth, low sodium
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz. reduced fat provolone cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
