To finish, you will dip a marshmallow into the remainder of the white chocolate melt and place on the top of the strawberry to complete the top of your Santa Hat. - 6 large strawberries, tops removed
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup shaved unsweetened coconut
- Handful mini marshmallows
- Put chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave chips for 30 second intervals, stirring in between and until melted.
- Dip flat part of strawberry into melted chocolate. Then dip into coconut.
- Dip marshmallow into melted chocolate and place on the tip of the strawberry.
- Repeat for remaining strawberries. Chill until ready to serve.
