To make this perfectly layered shake, thoroughly blend strawberries, Greek yogurt and milk in a blender or food processor. Pour the strawberry shake mixture into a separate pitcher and thoroughly combine coconut milk, frozen banana, honey and unsweetened coconut in the same blender. Pour a layer of the strawberry shake into a glass and continue alternating with the coconut shake until you’ve reached the top of the glass.

Ingredients:

  • Strawberry Shake
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • Splash of milk
  • Coconut Shake
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions:

  1. For Strawberry Shake, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. For Coconut shake, add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour shakes, alternating layers, into a cup. Garnish with shredded coconut and strawberries.
