How to Make Easy Meatball Stuffed Peppers

Step 1: To make this easy dinner recipe, grab yourself a delicious bell pepper and cut it in half.

Step 2: Place the bell pepper halves with the cut side up on a baking dish. Bake them at 400°F for 20 minutes or until they’re both slightly soft.

Step 3: Add the Nutrisystem Meatballs and half of the Marinara Sauce on top of bell pepper halves.

Step 4: Top each pepper with a slice of mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bell pepper, halved
  • 2 packets Nutrisystem® Meatballs in Marinara Sauce, with half the sauce
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese, part-skim

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place bell peppers cut side up in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until slightly soft.
  3. Add meatballs and half of the sauce on top of bell pepper halves and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for another 15 minutes.
