Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli and sliced carrots
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 package Nutrisystem Roasted Turkey Medallions

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet to medium-high.
  2. Add broccoli and carrots. Cover and roast for 5 minutes or until carrots are soft. Stir often.
  3. In the meantime, heat Nutrisystem® Roasted Turkey Medallions according to package directions.
  4. In a bowl, add potatoes. Top with turkey, gravy, broccoli and carrots.
