Ingredients:

  • 1 Nutrisystem Turkey Ham And Cheese Omelet
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ zucchini, sliced
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • ½ white onion, chopped
  • ½ red pepper, chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ squash, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 oz. fat free mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Spray a 9-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add all vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Prepare omelet according to package directions.
  3. Stuff omelet with the vegetables or enjoy them on the side.
