Ingredients:

  • 2 cup rolled oats, dry
  • 2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • ½ cup golden raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the egg white and raisins.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg white until it’s frothy. Fold into granola mixture.
  4. Pour granola onto a baking sheet in one even layer.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, mixing it at the halfway mark.
  6. Remove from oven, then sprinkle raisins over the mixture. Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from the tray.
