To make this holiday protein shake, grab your blender and combine a serving of Nutrisystem Chocolate Protein Shake Mix with a half-cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, four ounces of brewed coffee or water, one cup of ice, a quarter-teaspoon of peppermint extract and one teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. (The coffee will add another layer of flavor that turns this drink into a peppermint mocha protein shake, while the water will let the chocolate and peppermint shine.

Once your shake is smooth and creamy, divide it equally among two glasses and top each with two tablespoons of whipped cream and a garnish of crushed peppermint candies. Finally, grab a straw and enjoy!

  • 2 scoops Nutrisystem® Chocolate Protein Shake Mix
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk alternative of choice)
  • 4 fl. oz. cold brew coffee (or water)
  • ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 4 Tbsp. light or low-fat whipped cream
  • Crushed peppermint candies, for garnish (optional)
