Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 8 fl. oz. cold brew coffee
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 packets stevia
- 4 Tbsp. light whipped cream
- Crushed peppermint candies, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients except for the whipped cream into a shaker bottle or blender. Shake or blend until well mixed.
- Pour into 2 glasses and top each with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream.
