- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- ¼ cup water
- 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. fresh chives, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
