Chicken and ranch are a classic combination. However, it’s typically not considered a healthy pair. We lightened up these ingredients by using grilled chicken and reduced fat ranch dressing, then folded them up into a whole wheat tortilla. With only five ingredients and four steps, you’ll have a delicious and filling meal. Stay on your diet while enjoying simple food and flavors that you love!

Get started by combining slices of grilled chicken, part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded lettuce and reduced-fat ranch dressing in a bowl. Grab some whole wheat tortillas and spoon the ranch mixture in the center. Fold your wrap tightly and grill it on a panini press, pan or grill coated with nonstick spray. Cook the wrap for one to two minutes on each side until its crispy and golden. Slice your wrap in half and enjoy it over a big salad.
