Easy Pepperoni Pizza Pinwheels Recipe

When we say that these pizza pinwheels are easy to make, we mean it! Just grab two whole wheat tortillas and top them with low-sodium pizza or marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, turkey pepperoni and part skim shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll them up and place them on a baking sheet with the seam side facing down. Bake at 400 degrees for eight minutes or until the cheese has melted. Let the pepperoni pizza roll ups cool slightly, then slice them up into bite-sized pieces.

Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- ¼ cup marinara or pizza sauce, low sodium
- ½ oz. (~7 slices) turkey pepperoni, chopped
- ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce onto each tortilla. Top with Italian seasoning, pepperoni and cheese.
