Ingredients:
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 Tbsp. quinoa
- 3 packets Stevia
Directions:
- To make puffed quinoa, place a medium-sized pot on the stove top at medium-high heat.
- Pour in quinoa and top with a lid and shake pan.
- You’ll begin to hear pops. Continue till popping stops or until quinoa smell a little toasty.
- In another small pot set to medium, melt coconut oil. Add cocoa powder and Stevia. Stir in popped quinoa.
- Pour into a wax-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until solid (~30-60 minutes).
- Cut into 9 pieces.
