On Nutrisystem, Count As: 2 Extras
- 1 package of a red color sugar-free gelatin
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup fat-free cool whip
- 1 cup blueberries
- Boil 1 cup of water. Mix with flavored gelatin until dissolved. Stir in 1 cup of cold water. Pour into 4 glasses. Refrigerate until firm.
- Top with cool whip.
- Top with blueberries.
