- 2 heads baby romaine lettuce
- 2 scallions, cleaned
- 4 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan
- 4 Tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds
- 4 Tbsp. light ranch dressing
- Clean and chop the romaine lettuce into ½-inch ribbons.
- Chop the scallions on a diagonal and add them to the lettuce.
- Sprinkle the salad with Parmesan cheese and sunflower seeds.
- Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
