Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas, low sodium
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ cup artichokes, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped basil
- ¼ cup water
Directions:
- Place chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, cumin and oil in a food processor. Process until smooth, scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Add water if too thick.
- Stir in artichokes and chopped basil.
- Serve with vegetables, chips or crackers.
