Ingredients:

  • ½ cup egg white
  • ¼ cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp. (~1 scoop) Chocolate Nutrisystem Shake Mix
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Combine egg, milk, vanilla and Nutrisystem Shake.
  2. Soak each slice of bread for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat pan to medium-high and spray with nonstick spray.
  4. Grill chocolate bread, 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Place peanut butter in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds, until smooth and melted.
  6. Drizzle with peanut butter and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
