Healthy Hacks
On a Nutrisystem weight loss plan? Each serving counts as half of a SmartCarb, half of a PowerFuel and one Extra.
Pro Tip: Slice the fudge into six larger squares if you want to count it as one SmartCarb, one PowerFuel and two Extras.
If you’re watching your sugar intake, you can make a few tweaks to this recipe to fit your diet. Swap in a sugar-free maple syrup and use stevia-sweetened white chocolate chips. If you’re not a fan of cashew butter, you can feel free to substitute another nut butter that you enjoy or have on hand. The recipe would be just as delicious with almond butter, walnut butter or peanut butter! Sunflower butter is a great nut-free option, too.
