You’ll need a half of a watermelon, a half-cup of chocolate chips and two teaspoons of coconut oil. If you want your watermelon sweet and spicy, be sure to also grab some cayenne pepper and/or chili powder from your spice drawer.

To make chocolate covered watermelon, start by cutting the watermelon into triangle slices. Spread the slices on a wax paper lined baking sheet and freeze for at least one hour.

While the watermelon is chilling, melt chocolate and coconut oil together. Once the watermelon is frozen, remove it from the freezer and drizzle with the melted chocolate.
