Ingredients:
- 2” piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1” piece of fresh turmeric, peeled and grated (or 1 tsp. of turmeric powder)
- 2 cups 100% grapefruit juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 4 oz. gingerade kombucha
- 2 slices fresh grapefruit
Directions:
- In a pitcher, add ginger, turmeric, grapefruit juice, and honey. Stir to combine and let it sit for at least an hour.
- Pour juice through a strainer and discard turmeric and ginger remnants.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour juice into glasses. Top with kombucha and garnish with fresh grapefruit.
