- ½ cup oat flour
- ¼ cup blanched almond flour
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. light butter, melted
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1 cup cranberries
- ¼ cup pecans, chopped
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Spray 7-inch air fryer baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Mix together the crust ingredients and press into the baking pan. Cook for 4 minutes.
- Mix together the filling ingredients. Pour into the crust and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing and serving.
