This Turkey Cranberry Salad couldn’t be any easier to make. Prep is literally just one step!

Just toss shredded turkey in a bowl with some nonfat plain Greek yogurt, a half cup of dried cranberries (or cranberry sauce), and a dash of pepper and voila!
