  • 4 cups blackberries
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats, dry, blended into flour
  • 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss blackberries, lemon juice, honey and cornstarch. Set aside.
