The first step to this baked grapefruit recipe is prepping the grapefruit. You’ll need to cut the grapefruit in half, remove the seeds, then cut between the flesh and skin. Cut the flesh into segments and drizzle it with melted coconut oil, coconut sugar and cinnamon. Open up your Nutrisystem Granola Cereal and pour it onto each half of the grapefruit. Pop it into a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium grapefruit
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp. coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 package Nutrisystem Granola Cereal

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the grapefruit in half and remove the seeds. Cut between the flesh and skin and cut flesh into segments.
